Do not update themes or plugins automatically from your WordPress dashboard. Since you’re using GPL-licensed products, the updates shown are from the original author. Always wait for the latest version to be uploaded on our website. Download it manually and upload it to replace the existing one to retain all settings and customizations.
If a child theme is included, first install the main theme, then install and activate the child theme to preserve custom changes during updates.
If plugins don’t install automatically after installing a theme, manually install them. Look for the necessary plugin files in the unzipped theme download folder.
All products are pre-activated by our developers. Please ignore any activation messages or license prompts no action is needed from your end.
